How your data is handled.
The controller of personal data is Alexander Gaskell, practising as British Accent Coaching in Wrocław, Poland. You can write through the contact form on this website.
Data from the enquiry and booking forms (name, email, and any details you choose to give) is used only to reply to you and to arrange coaching. The legal basis is your consent and, where you are booking, steps taken at your request before a contract.
Forms are hosted by Netlify, which processes submissions on the controller’s instruction. Data is not sold, and it is not used for marketing lists or profiling.
Submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or the coaching relationship, and then deleted, unless a longer period is required for accounting or legal reasons.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. A language preference may be stored on your device so the site can open in English or Polish. That storage is strictly necessary for the site to remember your choice.
